Please make sure you are within one of the cities we service: Berlin, Chicago, Hong Kong, London, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Paris, Rome, Seoul, Singapore, Tokyo. More cities are coming soon. However, we are only servicing locations within these cities at this time.

Do:

  • If you are within one of the cities, try going on wi-fi. Often wi-fi will provide you a relatively accurate location. You may find greater success going on a wi-fi from a local coffee shop or a smaller, non mainstream, establishment. Larger establishments may have wi-fi infrastructure that uniquely routes your traffic and you appear to be in a different location.
  • If you use a VPN it can also uniquely route your traffic and you may appear to be in a different location. Suggested VPN use is to turn on your VPN after you select the Find Me button and arrive to the product page. Then turn on your VPN before checkout.

Don't do:

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer locating you by your device. Turning on location settings will not help. Please see details in some of the sections below to learn more.
  • Additionally, using your cellular data or a SIM card may make your location appear from a different location assigned by your provider - not the city you are in.
  • Please don't use VPN to represent a location you are not actually in. See suggested VPN usage in the above section.

This issue may be due to browser compatibility with the IP location service we use to determine location.

Options & Considerations:

  • Clear your browser's history, cache, and cookies.
  • Double check and update your browser to the latest version. If using a phone, updating your phone to the latest Android or iOS version may also be required.
  • Alternatively, you can try using a different browser.
  • Best success will be found through common, better known, modern-day browsers.

Compatibility issues with the browser version can vary from support for IP APIs, IP version run by the browser, browsers that do not support the latest encryption, and the like.

Our checkout process opens in a secure pop-up window. If nothing happens when you click the checkout button, your browser may be blocking pop-ups or other settings need adjustment.

  • iOS (iPhone/iPad):
    • Safari: Go to Settings app → Safari → Block Pop-ups (turn off). Then reload our website.
    • Chrome: Tap the three dots → Settings → Content Settings → Block Pop-ups (turn off)
    • Check for a notification at the bottom of your screen indicating a pop-up was blocked

After you place your order, production typically begins within 24-48 hours. Once your item is produced, shipping times are:

  • US orders: 4-8 business days
  • International orders (local production available): 2-5 business days
  • International orders (shipped from US): 10-30 business days

Total delivery time includes both production (roughly 48 hours) and shipping timeframe (listed above).

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving this email for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

We work with various carriers through our production partner Printify, including USPS, FedEx, DHL, and local carriers depending on your location. The specific carrier for your order will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email.

We ship to most countries worldwide. International customers may benefit from our print-on-demand network which can often produce items locally in your region for faster delivery and reduced shipping costs.

Important Information:

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and local taxes imposed by the destination country upon delivery. Our pricing includes applicable sales taxes, but these additional border crossing charges are the responsibility of the recipient. The amount varies by country and we cannot predict these costs.

We can't mark your package as a "gift" to avoid customs fees. It's illegal for businesses to falsely declare commercial shipments as gifts to help customers avoid customs duties and taxes. We comply with all international shipping regulations.

Because orders are quickly sent to production, address changes cannot be guaranteed and are seldom accommodated. Please contact us immediately through a Support Request if you need to request an address change. Please note our response time is within 48 hours.

First, check if the package was left with a neighbor or at a secure location near your address. If you still can't locate it, contact the delivery carrier with your tracking number. If you need further assistance, please submit a Support Request.

We currently don't offer expedited shipping because our print-on-demand production process already requires a certain timeframe. We're working to optimize both production and shipping times.

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address you provided or because it wasn't claimed, we can reship it to you, but additional shipping charges will apply. If the return was due to an error on our part, we'll reship at no additional cost.

Multiple items ordered together will typically ship in one package. However, if different items require different production methods, they may ship separately, and you'll receive tracking information for each shipment.

After your order is delivered, you'll receive an email from customer@trackorder.site asking you to rate your order. If you experience any issues with your product, you can:

  • Report the problem with the link in that email directly to our fulfillment partner's support team
  • Provide photos and details about the problem (damaged, defective, wrong item, poor print quality, etc.)
  • Request a free replacement or refund
  • Our fulfillment partner will handle your case and process the solution directly

This option typically provides the fastest resolution as it goes directly to the team that handles production and fulfillment.

Option 2: Contact Us Directly

You can also contact our customer service team through a Support Request with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the issue
  • Description of what's wrong with the item
  • Whether you'd prefer a replacement or refund

Our means to locate you is through your IP of your wi-fi or network. This means we don't actually know your location. We are looking at the location of the wi-fi or network your device is on. Therefore, the location is not precise, but a general location.

There are a number of considerations in the decision to not use device location and only IP location:

  • Privacy Protection: By leveraging IP location instead of direct device/browser location, we prioritize user privacy. IP location provides generalized location information without pinpointing an individual's exact device or browser location, thereby safeguarding user anonymity and protecting personal data.
  • Ease of Use: IP location offers a more seamless experience. Unlike direct device/browser location tracking, which requires a user to enable settings and grant explicit permission, IP location operates in the background, allowing for a smoother browsing experience without interruptions, settings updates, or pop-up prompts.
  • Improved Performance and Reliability: IP location databases are continuously updated and refined, enhancing the effectiveness of localized services without compromising user privacy or data integrity. Updates to and enabling location services on a device and browser do not play a role.
